While the bar may look welcoming at first glance , what I encountered behind its threshold was disturbing and far below any standard .

The ground was covered in grime , and a foul smell of stale beer and neglected washrooms permeated the entire bar . Smelling a mixture of ammonia , a rotting odor and illness . The main bar, which should be the primary feature of any pub, was littered with unwashed glassware and litter that looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages . The restroom was in even a more revolting state — backed up, with a snapped lever and walls stained in what I can only assume was human waste .

Many guests have reported observing cockroaches darting across the serving surface and proof of vermin in the storage spaces . For a business that provides refreshments , these issues are absolutely intolerable and raise serious concerns about the integrity of their here products .
